My dog Rio and I have been exploring the beauty of Washington State ever since we made the move from Utah. Growing up in the desert, my love for the outdoors started with hiking, camping, and whitewater rafting. That passion led me to Washington, where I first rafted the Wenatchee River and fell in love with the state’s diverse landscapes.

Now, as a Seattle resident, I’m on a mission to discover all the best outdoor adventures this area has to offer—whether it’s finding hidden hiking gems, exploring parks, or tracking down dog-friendly spots.
